holiic (holiic.mx) is responsible for the data you share with us when you write to us. This notice explains, in plain language, what we collect and what we do with it.
What data we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, your phone number and the message you write, whether directly on WhatsApp or through a form on the site. We don't ask for an email address or payment details on the site.
How the forms work
Every form on the site builds a WhatsApp message from what you typed and opens it on your phone or computer. The message never passes through a server of ours or gets stored in a database — it lives only in the WhatsApp conversation between you and holiic.
Cookies and local storage
The site doesn't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We store a single preference in your browser's local storage — whether you chose light or dark mode — and it never leaves your device.
Who we share your data with
No one. We don't sell, rent or share your information with third parties. WhatsApp conversations are seen only by the holiic team.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, or to delete it — just message us on the same WhatsApp you used to contact us.
